Services

By booking a service with PureShade, you agree to the following terms:

PureShade provides cosmetic teeth whitening treatments. Results vary depending on individual tooth condition, natural shade, and lifestyle factors.

We do not guarantee a specific number of shades.

Clients must:

• Be aged 18 or over

• Not be pregnant or breastfeeding

• Not have untreated dental conditions

• Complete a consultation form honestly

PureShadeLift reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable.

• Appointments must be booked in advance

• A deposit may be required to secure your slot

• Remaining balance is due on the day of treatment

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule

• Deposits may be forfeited if less notice is given

• No-shows will lose their deposit

Results & Maintenance

Teeth whitening results vary. Maintenance sessions may be required to maintain brightness. Clients are responsible for following aftercare guidance.

Liability

PureShade is not liable for:

• Sensitivity that may occur after treatment

• Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations

• Results affected by lifestyle habits

All treatments are cosmetic and non-dental procedures.
