TREATMENT SERVICES

Due to the nature of cosmetic whitening services:

• All completed treatments are non-refundable

• Results vary between individuals

• Refunds are not provided based on shade expectations

If a treatment cannot proceed due to professional advice, a refund or reschedule may be offered.

• Packages must be used within [6–12 months] of purchase

• Unused sessions are non-refundable

• Packages are non-transferable

For hygiene reasons:

• Opened products cannot be returned

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days

• Proof of purchase is required

DEPOSITS

Deposits are:

• Non-refundable

• Transferable with 48 hours’ notice
