Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Bookings All appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. Appointments are subject to availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or full session charge. No-shows will be charged in full. Results & Expectations Teeth whitening results vary depending on individual teeth condition, lifestyle, and natural tooth shade. While we aim for maximum brightness, specific shade results cannot be guaranteed. If no visible improvement is achieved during your session, you will not be charged. Eligibility Clients must be 18 years or older. Whitening is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding clients. Clients with certain dental conditions may not be suitable for treatment. Packages & Promotions Packages are personalised and recommended after the first session. The cost of your initial session can be deducted from a package if you choose to continue.
